The JBJYA LLC SMS Program allows customers who have explicitly opted in to receive text message communications related to:

• Customer inquiries
• Contact requests
• Service-related communications
• Customer support
• Requested updates
• Appointments or consultations, when applicable

Opt-In Method

Customers opt in to the JBJYA LLC SMS Program by:

• Visiting our website;
• Completing an applicable form;
• Providing their mobile phone number;
• Actively checking the dedicated SMS consent checkbox; and
• Submitting the form.

The SMS consent checkbox is not preselected and requires an affirmative action by the user. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Cancellation / STOP

• You may receive a final confirmation message; and
• No additional messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Rejoining the Program
